Just found a new supplier for lab reagents - has anyone used them?
So, I stumbled across a new supplier of lab reagents the other day. Their prices seem too good to be true, which always makes me a little nervous. They have a pretty broad selection of stuff, so I'm tempted to try them out, but I'd love to hear if anyone has any experience with them first. It would be great to know if their reagents are reliable or if it's a case of getting what you pay for. Has anyone ordered from a relatively unknown supplier recently and had a positive (or negative) experience?

It’s a smart move to check out new suppliers, especially if you're looking to save some money! I've actually had a decent experience with gentaur recently. Their prices are pretty competitive, and they have a good selection of antibodies. We've ordered a few different reagents from them, and the quality has been acceptable so far. A colleague who was studying lysosome structure even managed to source a somewhat obscure chemical from them that our usual suppliers didn't carry. Just thought I'd share my experience since you're looking at trying out a new supplier.
