Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking lately about possibly spending more time in Georgia, and while searching around I stumbled across Kalaki where there are listings for apartments and houses in both Tbilisi and Batumi. A couple of years ago I stayed in Batumi during summer, rented a small place not far from the sea, and honestly it left a really strong impression on me. Now I’m wondering if buying something there for occasional stays makes sense. Has anyone here actually tried renting or buying through platforms like this? How smooth was the process in real life compared to what’s shown online?
